Great Bird Migration

Florida Wildlife Photogrphy Workshop

Migrating Birds, Alligators, and More

Join us as we take you on an exciting photography journey through some of the best locations to photograph Birds, Alligators, Land and Seascapes Florida has to offer.  We have seasonally visited many of these Central Florida hot spots for wildlife while living in Florida for 2 years. The mild winter weather in Florida at this time of year is amazing. Hundreds of photographers each year flock to Florida to chase the huge populations of birds migrating and nesting in this warm climate wonderland.  Shore birds, Raptors, Warblers, Buntings, Wading birds are just a few who take up solace in Florida.  While bird and photographer populations increase, so does the challenge of getting to the right places to capture the migration and some of the year round residents.

If you are looking to escape the chill of winter in what many believe are the best birding photography locations in the country, then this is the trip for you.

Why Choose this Trip?

Professional Photography and Enthusiastic Guides

Leverage our deep knowledge of Central Florida. We have spent a lot of time working specific areas throughout Florida to select the best locations for our photographers. We believe the best experience is one where we get you consistently in front of subjects with little effort.  Most of our locations have the wildlife within walking distance from our vehicle.  On a few locations we will use our feet to take you into places where the general public is unaware of. Bottom line, we will keep your cameras shooting throughout our time together.

We will work with you on capturing subjects in numerous scenarios. Low lighting, golden hour, birds in flight, animals hunting, birds fishing and much more. Our goal is to make sure you are ready for the shot, meaning we will be predicting behaviors and ensuring you and your camera are ready for the shot.

Expect birds nesting, large groupings of wading birds, Raptors, shore birds, and small migratory birds.  The locations we will visit are also major alligator habitats. We will work with you capturing these magnificent reptiles safely and without disturbing them.
